About Us

Dan and Kris are a retired Navy Seabee couple who have traveled the world and are excited to share their expertise with those who want to explore the world. Dan spent most of his career on the East Coast, with tours in Scotland, Spain, and the Middle East, and as a Navy Diver, he spent a lot of time underwater and can identify some of the best snorkeling and scuba locations in the world. On the other hand, Kris spent her career on the West Coast and in the Pacific, living in Japan, Hawaii, California, and the Gulf Coast, and exploring Japan, Korea, Australia, and remote islands in the South Pacific.

Together, they have traveled and lived in various parts of the world, including Washington DC, Charleston, and their current home in Greenville, South Carolina. They love to travel and share their experiences with others, and they are always on the lookout for new adventures.

Dan and Kris are eager to make up for lost time from the Pandemic, going on 10 cruises in 2022!  They just returned from a wonderful European River Cruise with friends in March 2023.  They will be hosting a cruise to Greece and Croatia in May 2024 and are planning on hosting another Euorpean river cruise is 2025.

Dan and Kris are excited to share their expertise with others. They believe that travel is not just about seeing new places, but also about experiencing new cultures, trying new foods, and meeting new people.
